Grapefruit, strawberries, and oranges are great sources for Vitamin C, which help the tissues and blood vessels inside the eye remain healthy. Vitamin C has even been linked to a reduction in developing cataracts in women by 64% if taken for 10+years. Stay tuned for more tips on how to keep your vision 20/20, and don’t forget to save room for your fruits and vegetables.
