TEI’s Vision Health Plan Might Be Right For You.

Everybody deserves great vision care, but not everybody has vision insurance! At The Eye Institute, patients who don’t have a vision care benefit can join our Vision Health Plan and enjoy membership benefits and discounts without any monthly or annual fees! Individuals, families, and groups can enroll by simply providing their phone number and email address. Eligibility is immediately accepted, and there’s no annual limit to the number of times they can utilize their membership. It’s that simple!

Our Vision Health Plan includes discounted rates on comprehensive eye exams, lenses, frames, contact lenses, and even certain specialty services. As members, patients receive priority notifications about upcoming promotions, special offers, and community events sponsored by The Eye Institute. Our goal is to ensure that every individual has access to exceptional eye care without financial barriers. Vision Insurance

The knowledgeable staff at The Eye Institute is experienced in working with vision insurance providers. We will work directly with you and your vision insurer to submit claims regarding your vision care. We strive to ensure that you understand your insurance coverage and will answer any questions you may have regarding your benefits.

Many current vision plans are designed to cover most necessary vision-related costs but not all costs associated with eye care. Most plans often require a co-payment for an office appointment and may have additional expenses, such as lenses or specific treatments, that are the responsibility of the insured patient. Our team will clearly communicate any anticipated out-of-pocket expenses so that you can plan accordingly and avoid surprises.

Medical Insurance

If you do not have vision insurance, your medical insurance may provide some coverage for eye exams or eye health exams. We can help you determine whether this is an option. Ask our front desk team about coordinating with your medical insurance provider.
