Serving the Wake Forest community since 1995, Dr. Dan Yoakum opened his private practice at Heritage in 2005 with a vision to deliver personalized, patient-focused eye care. As a long-time resident of Wake Forest, Dr. Yoakum recognized the area’s rapid growth and the need for an independent optometric practice that emphasizes quality, comfort, and individualized attention.

At our Heritage location, our doctors take the time to understand each patient’s unique visual and ocular health needs.
